The modules in this programme empower teenagers with essential life skills, focusing on etiquette and social skills! 

It aims to prepare teenagers to navigate diverse social situations, fostering positive relationships and personal growth.

Through interactive lessons, activities, and real-life scenarios, students will develop confidence, empathy, and respect for themselves and others

Participants will choose from a series of monthly thematic topics,  as listed below: 

April: Communication and Conversation Skills

May: Social Skills

June: Friendship Skills

July: Expressing Yourself and Working with Others

August: Empathy and Perspective Taking, Flexible Thinking

September: Handling Arguments and Disagreements, Resolving Conflicts

October: Changing a Bad Reputation, Handling Rumours and Gossip

November: Handling Teasing and Bullying, Social Skills

Each session lasts ninety minutes, at a cost of $128 per session.  

Navigating the Social Sphere for Teens, Package of 8 lessons

Held monthly, with a different theme each month. Choose as many topics as you wish, and come along for learning with peers. Indicate chosen timing (9am or 2pm) in registration form.

This programme empowers teenagers with essential life skills, focusing on etiquette and social skills. Through interactive lessons, activities, and real-life scenarios, students will develop confidence, empathy, and respect for themselves and others. The course aims to prepare teenagers to navigate diverse social situations, fostering positive relationships and personal growth.

Participants will go through weekly group coaching classes which cover essential living skills. 

It starts with an initial phone interview, weekly sessions and take-home activities.

8 weekly sessions

Parents are welcome to combine the weekly TLC classes with Molly Manners weekly sessions. The sessions are intentionally timed next to each other for parents’ and students’ convenience.
