The Ultimate Social Skills Programme - Part A
The Social Spark: The Ultimate Social Skills Boot programme, a transformative 12-week programme designed to empower teenagers with essential social skills.
This programme provides a comprehensive approach to developing emotional intelligence, mental well-being, empathy, physical health, communication skills, relationship building, cultural awareness, teamwork, conflict resolution, digital citizenship, leadership, and future planning.
Through interactive workshops and engaging activities, participants will gain the confidence and skills needed to navigate various aspects of life successfully.
Participants will go through 12 group coaching classes. Online and on-site class options are available.
Upon registering and payment, participants will receive an attendance sheet to document the sessions attended. Participants are allowed to make-up missed sessions within the same week, or attend a mix of online and physical sessions over the course of the programme.
Our next run will begin 3rd Sept 2024 and end 11th Jan 2025.

Navigating the Social Sphere:
Teen Etiquette and Social Skills
This programme empowers teenagers with essential life skills, focusing on etiquette and social skills. Through interactive lessons, activities, and real-life scenarios, students will develop confidence, empathy, and respect for themselves and others. The course aims to prepare teenagers to navigate diverse social situations, fostering positive relationships and personal growth.
Participants will go through weekly group coaching classes which cover essential living skills.
It starts with an initial phone interview, weekly sessions and take-home activities.
Parents are welcome to combine the weekly TLC classes with Molly Manners weekly sessions. The sessions are intentionally timed next to each other for parents’ and students’ convenience.
