TLC Coping Skills Camp, Aged 6 to 12
Can students find joy in learning? We hear of performance anxiety, stress, busy schedules, depression, burn out etc amid our students these days. Whilst we cannot change outside circumstances to a huge degree, a lot of work can be done within to strengthen against these factors.
In this camp, we cover different ways to improve well-being in learning, thus equipping students with tools to be resilient.
Over 2 days, your child will learn about and participate in activites which build a greater self awareness and emotional adaptibility/resilience to cope with daily stressors.

Big adult terms and concepts are simplified for a child's understanding. They are packaged into relatable practical ways for children.
Lunch and tea offer on both days.
